Glass art “pregnancy” series

The work is very abstract, removing the features, limbs and other superfluous details in the traditional sculpture method, and releasing the pain and longing in my heart to the greatest extent in the most concise form. As mothers, what they bring to mankind is the continuation of life, love and hope. But they silently bear the world’s most heavy hard work, although most of the ordinary work, but contains the most warm incomparable love. The statue’s drooping head even bends to the abdomen, and she wants to listen to the movement, heartbeat and voice of the child in her abdomen, because this is the hope she is pregnant with. Because there is hope, there is looking forward to happiness. Here “pregnancy” not only refers to the physical gestation, more refers to the spiritual gestation. The curved neck is very elastic, like a bud, in the morning sunshine, will slowly rise and stretch out, thrive. A kind of so-called “quiet greatness and noble simplicity” is all in it.

I have designed four sets of schemes whose main body and base can be made of red stainless steel or colorless stainless steel, and other small sculptures can be made of colored stainless steel or a combination of colored stainless steel and glass.
